THAT the zoning boundary lines as establishedby the Zoning Map
of the City of Bangor dated September 23, 1974, as amended,_be hereby
further amended as follows:
By changing part of a parcel of land located on Pinson Road (Tax
Map No. R21, Part of Parcel No. 10-B) it= Residential 4 Zone to
Civic and Institutional Zone. Said part of parcel containing
approximately 5.96 acres and being more particularly indicated on the
map attachedhereto and made a part hereof.

Action for a seeing change will be initiated with the Bator City Council and
referred to the Swasor Planning Board. Statutes require a Public Hearing before the
Planning Board, after a public advertising (at least 10 days prior to such public
hearing), for all changes to the zoning ordinance of .the City of Bangor. The re-
commendation of the Planning Beard is then returned to the Bangor City Council for
final action.

Council Ordinance No. 85-301
Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regular
meeting of September 3. 1985 held a public hearing on the above
zone change request.
After considerable discussion as to the impact of the
existing Residential 4 zoning in this area of the community and
the desirability of providing for neighborhood church facilities
on collector streets which provide adequate access, the Planning
Board voted five in favorand none opposed to recommend approval
of the above zone change request.,
