THAT the zoning boundary.lines as established by the Zoning Map
-ef the City of Bangor dated September 23, 1974, as amended, be hereby
further amended as follows: -
By changing a.parcel of land located on outer Kenduskeag Avenue
(Tax Map No.'R-31, Parcel No. SB) from Agricultural Zone to Civic
and Institutional Zone. Said parcel containing approximately
three acres and being more particularly indicated on the map
attached hereto and made a part hereof.

referred to the Bangor Planning Board. Statutes require a Public Hearing before the
Planning Board, after a public advertising (at least 10 days prior to such public
Rescind), for all changes to the zoning ordinance of the City of Bangor. The re-
commendation of the Planning Board is then returned to the Bangor City Council for
final action.

zone change request.
After careful consideration of theresidential nature of
the area and its proposed use in the Comprehensive Plan for low-
density residential as veil as the limited capacity of Kenduskeag
Avenue for higher traffic. volumes, :the Board voted five in favor
and none opposed to recommend that the City Council deny the
above zone change request.
