The reason for this request is that I will be unable to attend as I have a prior business engagement and my client, Mr. Walsh, likewise will be unable to attend the meeting because of prior business. As you know, the Council Meeting scheduled for Monday, July 22, 1985, was continued until Wednesday July 24, 1985, resulting in a conflict of scheduling. The adjacent property which receives surface runoff has numerous dairy cats which could be adversely affected by deposits of road - salt. - S.
