referred to the Besper Planning Board. Statutes require a Public Hearing before the
Planning Board, after a public advertising (at least 10 days prior to such public
hearing), for all changes to the Aching ordinance of the City of Bauer. The re-
commendation of the Planning Board is than returned to the Bangor City Council for
final action. '

Gentlemen:
It would be appreciated if the above -captioned Ordinance
which is scheduled to come up at the continued Council Meeting to
be held on Wednesday July 24, 1985, could be continued until the
next regular Council Meeting.
The reason for this request is that I will be unable to
attend as I have a prior business engagement and my client, Mr.
Walsh, likewise will be unable to attend the meeting because of
prior business.
As you know, the Council Meeting scheduled for Monday, July
22, 1985, was continued until Wednesday July 24, 1985, resulting
in a conflict of scheduling.

1. The applicant has the necessary financial and technical re -

adjustments regarding access are required to insure proper flow
onto public roads.
3. Effect on the natural environment will be acceptable provided
that an emergency situation dogs not cause sewage pumping station
difficulties resulting in an overflow. C.
4. The adjacent property which receives surface runoff has numerous
dairy cats which could be adversely affected by deposits of road -
salt.

at the northern end of the property where high water table con- -

applicant has sustained its burden of proof as to all criteria of the

_ Therefore, the Commission approves the application of Thomas T. Walsh
to construct and operate a mobile home park in Bangor, Maine upon the
following terms and conditions:
1. The standard conditions of approval, a copy of which is attached
to this order. -
2. The applicant shall submit altered traffic plans indicating:
a. The addition of a second entrance to Essex Street located

b. The channelization of in -out traffic at the primary entrance
point.
