Building Height Limit in the C-2. Zone
Council Ordinance No. 85-158
Please be advised that the Planning board at itsregular
meeting on May 6, 1985, held a public. hearing on the above proposed
amendment to the Zoning. Ordinance. -
After considerable discussion concerningthe way inwhich this
one development standard of the zone interacted with other standards
n the zone to control development andafter consideration of the
proposed revision of the Zoning. Ordinance in the o££ing, the Board
voted five in favor and none opposed to recommend denial of this
zoning amendment to the City Council.
