VIII, Article 13, Sec. 2, Item (1) - Building Height Limit in the C-3. Zane Council Ordinance No. 85-157 Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regular meeting on May 6, 1985, held a public hearing -on the above proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance. After considerable discussion concerning the way in .which this one development standard of the zone interacted with other standards in the zone to control development and after consideration of the proposed revision of the Zoning. Ordinance in the offing, the Board voted five in Favor and none opposed to recommend denial of this zoning amendment to the City Council. - jono M. Ord p Planning.
