By Ma Gfly amensE ofUe 04 ofBanpr: ORDERED, THAT WHEREAS, the City of Bangor conveyed a parcel of land located at the southeast corner of the intersection of .York Street and Essex Street to Congregation Beth Abraham Anshe Sphard for the development of a mini -park thereon; and WHEREAS, the deed of conveyance contained the condition that the subject premises would be developed and utilized exclusively for a mini -park; and - WHEREAS, due to fire damage to the existing synagogue, the Congregation is desirous of constructing a new synagogue, a portion of which would be located on the corner lot in question; and WHEREAS, the redevelopment proposal submitted by the Congregation received approval on March 6, 1985 from the Design Review and Site Plan Review Committee; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BANGOR THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute and deliver a Release Deed conveying the City's interest n the subject premises to the Congregation Beth Abraham Anshe Sphard, a copy of which Deed is on file in the Office of the City Clerk. 85-140 IN CITY CODICIL O R D E R March 11, 1985 Pa d Title, bS OeCity�rk Aethoriifng Bxecution of belease DealZf ry. .............. .. .. ij9F Congregation Beth Abraham Anshe Sphere ......................................
