After considerable discussion about the reuse of this property and its impact on the neighborhood, the Board concluded that the use in a Civic and Institutional Zone would be very similar to its eunder the present R-5 Zone and rec000aended, by a vote of three in favor and two opposed, -that the City Council pass the requeated zone change.
