City Solicitor Norman Heitmann explained that if a majority of the Council or a committee attended and were discussing either City Council business or Committee business respectively, that would be considered a meeting and notice would need to be given. Three members in attendance at a meeting that was not discussing committee business did not by itself create a problem. John Hiatt also asked if he could serve as an election clerk and the City Clerk indicated that he was eligible. Kristie Minor encouraged the City Council to drop by to see the Bangor area wrestling practice or meets. CONSENT AGENDA ASSIGNED TO ITEM NO.
