Hope Avenue Area Council Ordinance No. 86-381 Please be advised that the Bangor Planning Board at its regular meeting on October 6, 1986, held a public hearing on the proposed amendment to the. Land Use Plan of the Comprehensive Plan noted above. After considerable discussionas to the protection of existing residential developmant along both sides of Mt.
