Bonding Tfil Agency will obtain and maintain at all times during the term of this Agreement a Fidelity Bond covering the activities of all employees under this Agreement in an amount sufficient to cover the maximum amount of funds handled at any one time under the forms of this Agreement. 15. Evaluation The Department either directly or through acontract agent may conduct evaluation studies an the effectiveness, efficiency, qualify andror outcome of services delivered by the local Agency. The Department agrees to notify the (Heal Agency in advance of the initiation of such an evaluation. The Waal Agency shall provide access to staff, program records and administrative information as requested by evaluation staff in accordance with the Department's confidentiality policies. 18. No Individual employed by the State at any time during the Agreement period shall be ad rallied to any share or part of this Agreement nor shall such individual obtain or be entitled to any benefit that may arise therefrom, either at the time this Agreement is executed or at any time during the term of this Agreement, directly or Indirectly due to his employment by or financial interest In the local Agency or any affiliate of the local Agency. The Penobscot-Piscataquis WIC Program will provide nutrition education services to all Bangor participants in the form of the ffmithram "Help Yourself to Health" Program. The focus of this program is to twch participants to fake charge of their own health rare. During the certification process the client will learn the skills needed to weigh and measure their children and court their growth, chart their weight gain during pregnancy, discover iron levels in their Used, evaluate their family's diet and acting habits, and prevent nutrition -related health problem.
