tins praxises described in a deed recomie3 in voluoe 1738, Page 257, Penobscot
Registry of Deeds, by virtue of tax liens recorded for the years 1966, 1967
anti 1968 in said Po istry. Said deed shall W directed to Florence F. Wood.

!Hine, all its right, title and interest in and to a certain lot or parcel of lard

A certain lot Or parcel of land situated on the
easterly side of Kenduskeag Avenue, formerly
called Valley Avenue saw, at the Northeast
corner of lard conveyed by Oavid W. Potter
and sadeline E. Sorter to Francis J.
Flacdi ed, by deed dated May 14, 1975, and
econded in Penobscot Registry of Seeds, in
allure 2547, Page 11; thence Northerly by and
along the Westerly line of said Kenduskeag
Avenue a distanx of four hundred ninety
(490) feet, =e or less, to the
Southeasterly corner of land formerly tined
by J. C. Randlett, formerly Owned by Merrick
Wiley, and now cansi by the Estate of
Frederick Bridges; thence Westerly by and
along the Southerly line of said forest
Rdndlett, formerly Wley and present Bridges
Estate land, srnstimas following the remnants
of a stone well, a distance of one thousand
ninety (1090) feet, more or less, to
Kenduskesg Stream; thence Southerly by and
along said Kenduskeag Streaa, a distance of
three hundred six (306) feet, wore or less,
to the northwest corner of land conveyed to
said Francis J. Wbodhead by the aforesaid
dead recorded in Pennlscot Registry of Bawds,
allure 2547, Page 11; thence easterly by and
along the northerly line of said Noadheai
land as described in Ube aforesaid deed, a
distance of nine hundred (900) feet, more or
less, to the paint of beginning.
Meaning and intending to describe all the
premises conveyed by Ashley B. now, Jr. to
Florence P. Flood by dead came July 26, 1976,
and recorded in the Fenobscot County Registry
of heeds in Volune 2670, Page 242. The
description of the above presses is modified
by an exchange of dosis between the said
Florence Wood, as one party, and Francis J.
Woolbe d and Beatrice S. Modhe i, husband
and wife, as the Other party. The deeds are

said Registry in volume 3786, Page 275 and
86-291
