Parking in this zone for more than two (2) hours during the hours of nine a.m. to five p.m., except on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays shall be unlawful and in violation of this Article. Parking in this zone for more than twelve minutes during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays shall be unlawful and in violation of this Article. AND FURTHER ORDERED THAT Chapter III, Article 6, Section 13.2 - Applica- bility be amended as follows: 13.2 Applicability. Any vehicle, which has accumulated three (3) r more notices of violation of any parking ordinance or regulation therein of the Ordinances of the City of Bangor for which there has been neither payment of waiver fees nor issuance of court process and which is then _parked in violation of any such provisions, may, at the option of any City of Bangor Police Officer or other City employee authorized to enforce said parking ordinance or regulation be immobilized in place or may be removed and stored until all waiver fees established pursuant to Chapter III, Article 6, Ordinances of the City of Bangor, for all of such outstanding notices of violations and also the impoundment, storage and other charges authorized under this ordinance have been paid. If impoundment by immobilization is utilized, a charge for such impoundment of 610009 $25.00 shall be charged and paid prior to such release.
