ORDERED,
TBAT - John W. Plynn,. City manager, is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a municipal quitclaim dead, a copy of which is on file in the
Office of tta City Clark, releasing any interest the City may have to real
estate located on Larkin Street, designated as Int W. 63 on the City of
Bangor Assessor's map Ib. 24, and as further described in said dead. Said
deed shall be directed to Kevin F. Crane.
statement of Fact: Its, property, in question is a former City -wined property
Mich was sold on a bid basis in 1984. ,M that time the City did'not have a
goad description for the lot, ael merely described it in the deed as lot No.
63 on City of Bangor Assessor's Map 24. Since that time W. Cram has had the
lot surveyed and a description prepared. 1M lxl p of this deed is to
sulplaient the earlier dead and to clarify the description of the lot
conveyed.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located in Bangor,
Penobscot County, Maine, for consideration paid, releases to KEVIN
F. CRANE, Whose mailing address is 16 Hudson Street, Apartment A,
Bangor, Penobscot Crotty, Maine, all its right, title and interest
in and to the following described real estate
A certain lot or parcel of land together with any
improvements thereon situated on the southwesterly side of
Larkin Street, so called, in the city of Bangor, Penobscot
County, Maine, more particularly described as follows, viz.
Beginning at a n bolt located on the southwesterly side
of said Larkin Street at the most easterly c of the land
described in a deed to Raymond J. and Frances r EDauphinee
dated April 3, 1979 and recorded in Volume 2967, Page 165 at
the Penobscot Registry of Deeds; thence South fifty-one
degrees, five minutes, thirty seconds West (S 51-05-30 W)
along the southeasterly line of land of said Dauphinee a
distance of one hundred ten and four tenths (110.04) feet to
the northeasterly line of land described in a deed to Helma
L. Enman dated November 13, 1956 and recorded in Volume 1555,
Page 66 at the Penobscot Registry of Deeds at an iron bolt;
thence South forty degrees, twenty-three minutes, twenty-
eight seconds East (S 40-23-28) along the northeasterly line
of the land of said Raman and the land described in a deed to
Josephine M. Moran dated July 22, 1968 and recorded in Volume
2136, Page 784 at the Penobscot Registry of Deeds, a distance
of fifty and zero tenths (50.00) feet to the most westerly
corner of the land described in a deed to E. Marie Woods et
al dated June 4, 1981 and reorded in Volume 3192, Page 201
at the Penobscot Registry ofDeeds, at an iron rod set;
thence North fifty-one degrees, ten minutes, thirty seconds
fast (K 51-10-30 East) along the northwesterly line of land
of said Woods at al a distance of one hundred ten and four
tenths (110.04) feet to an iron bolt at the southwesterly
line of said Larkin Street; thence North forty degrees,
twenty-three minutes, twenty-eight seconds West (K '40-23-28
W) along the southwesterly line of said Larkin Street a
distance of fifty and zero tenths (50.00) feet to the point
of beginning.
The purpose of this deed is to supplement an earlier deed
from the City of Bangor to Kevin F. Crane, dated February 22,
1984, recorded in Penobscot Registry of Deeds, Volume 3502,
Page 150.
The City of Bangor has caused this instrument to be duly
execoted in its corporate name by John W. Flynn, its City Manager,
hereunto duly authorized this _ day of , 198.
