posts, owned by Marie I. Store of Bangor, Maine, is vacant and in poor
condition; and
NUERPd43, the Bangor City Council, in its capacity as the Municipal Officers of
the City of Banyor, desires to make a detexmiretion of whether or no: said
building or structure constitutes a dangerous building pursuant to Title 17,
M.R.S.A. 55 2851-2859,
NOW, 'lf>BREFYIRE, By the City Council of the City of Bangor:
ORDERED, THAT the City Clark is hereby directed to schedule this matter for a
public hearing before the Bangor City Council; and be it further
ORDERED, THAT the City Clark is hereby directed to take all necessary action
required under 17 M.R.S.A. 55 2851-2859 for purposes of giving notice to the
public and all parties at interest of said public hearing.

enclosed please find a Notice concerning the condemnation of the
building or structure located at 335-337 Broadway. Would you
please take all necessary action for purposes of seeing that
this ad runs in the Bangor Daily News on the dates indicated
therein. My office will see that notices are sent to the
property owner and any interested parties.
