THAT the zoning boundary linesas established by rho Zoning map of
-the City of Bangor dated September 23,_1974, as amended, be hereby
further amended as follows:
By changing a parcel of land. located at 27 Second Street (Tax Map
No. 42, Parcel No., 10) from Residential 5 Zone to Civic. and Institu-
tional Zone. Said parcel containing. approximately 11,500 sq. ft.
and being more particularly indicated onthe map attached hereto
and made a part hereof.

After careful consideration of the nature of the area, and

in the Comprehensive Plan the Board voted five

Action for a caning change will be initiated with the Bangor City Council and
referred to the Bangor Planning Board. Statutes require a Public Hearing before the
Planning Board, after a Public advertising (at least 10 days Prier to such public
hearing), for all changes to the ening ordinance of the City of Bangor. The re-
wamendatlon of the Planning Board is then returned to the Bangor City Council for
final action.
