SS 1911 at seq., as Amended, to provide for published notice of a hearing to be held at 7,'7tfAf on Ns"-/ SVS , 1986 in the City Council Chashers, for purposes of r vim public input on a proposed amendnent to the Eangor City Charter, the test of said proposed mend1ment and a brief explanation thereof being as follows: THAT the first paragraph of Sec. 1, Article IV. The amendment, if adopted, would change the date of the annual municipal election. The text of the proposed amendment, and a brief explanation thereof, is as follows: Proposed hummoment: 1HAT the first paragraph of Sec. 1, article rv, Bangor City Charter, be amended to real as follows: SEC. 1.
