ORDERED,
THAT in accordance with the provisions of Chapter XY,
Article 4, Section 1.5. the Bangor City Council hereby grants approval
of a Mobilehome Park Construction Permit for an expansion of. Birch
Hill Estates Mobilehome Park located. on Outer. Broadway with the con-
dition that either at such time as the applicant cuts off the Judson
Boulevard access to Birch Hill Estates or at such time that Birch Hill
Estates has 325 lots approved for occupancy the applicant develop
the proposed second access (to the Bomarc Road).
STATEMENT. OF. FACT: The Mobilehome Ordinance requires that after
review by the Director of Code Enforcement
and Fire Prevention, the Health. Officer, and
the City Engineer, the Planning Board shall
hold a public, hearingandepart its findings
to the City Council for final action.

of right-of-way Clearing and rough -in of roads. The applicant anticipates
full impletion of Rase I of the Park (mnsistitg of 353 units) by year

to be Completed within 5 to 10 yeas. 'There are no revisions to the plan
previously submitted 11/85.

Birch Hill Estate Mobilehome Park Expansion,
Please be advised that the Planning. Board held a public hearing
n the above request for a Mobilehome Park Construction Permit at
its regular meeting on November 18, 1985.
After finding that the proposed construction plans met with the
requirements of the Mobilehome Ordinance. the Board voted five in
favor and nnopposed to recommend that the City Council grant the
construction permit with a noted condition that the proposed second
access to Bomarc Road from the existing Birch Hill Estates Mobilehome
Park be constructed either at the time that the entrance to the park
is changed from Judson. Boulevard or at such time as the number of
spaces in the existing park 'which have received approval for occupancy
by the Code Enforcement Office reach 325 spaces. .Also attached
are copies of the required letters from the City. Engineer's Office
and the Code Enforcement Office.
