Board held a public hearing n the above request for a Mobilehome Park Construction Permit at its regular meeting on November 18, 1985. After finding that the proposed construction plans met with the requirements of the Mobilehome Ordinance. the Board voted five in favor and nnopposed to recommend that the City Council grant the construction permit with a noted condition that the proposed second access to Bomarc Road from the existing Birch Hill Estates Mobilehome Park be constructed either at the time that the entrance to the park is changed from Judson. Boulevard or at such time as the number of spaces in the existing park 'which have received approval for occupancy by the Code Enforcement Office reach 325 spaces. .Also attached are copies of the required letters from the City.
