The Ci[y r cognizes �the 1oca1 �nion and i[s International affiliates, vhen requested by [he Union , as che sole antl exclusive �argaining agent for �, all uniformed employees antl dispatchers of the Fire �epartment , excluding Me Fire Chief , nssis[an[ Chiefs and temporary employees� for che purpose of � collective bargaining antl en[ering into agveement relative to wages , hours, '�, conditions of employmen[ and grievance av0itra[ion. �� 2 . The City shall establiah a permanent s rity list , and it shall be rified on [he Eirst day of January of each year and immetliately posted [hereaftec on bulletin boards for a periotl of not less than [hirty ( 30 ) days , and a copy oE [he s ent [o t�e Secrecary of [�e Onion. Any objection [o the s ri[ymlis[, as posted� must be repor[etl to the CM1ief of the Depar[ment ande[he Onion within thirty ( 30 ) tlays from [�e date pos[ed or i[ shall stand as accep[etl . 2 .
