SUBJECT: Amending Zoning -Ordinance.- Basic Requirements
in the C-2. and C-3 Zones
C.O. B 86-12
Please be advised that the Planning. Board at its regular
meeting on November 18,_1985, held a public hearing on the above
Zoning amendment. After considerable discussion about the timing
of amending these development standards in these two zones, the Board
voted five in favorand none opposed to recommend that these standards
.not be adopted at this time.
