After considerable discussion concerning the nature of the area and its proposed use for low-density residential in the City's Comprehensive Plan, the Planning Board voted four in favor and one opposed to recommend denial of C.O. & 86-254. 86� 726 PINSON PAM Agnes is is 6e years old.
