MT permission be granted to use
e the sidewalk/public way directly in
front of the Bangor Opera House for acharitable event for the Bangor Hymphomy
Orchestra sponsored by the 8yw{aho:y Sense and friends. The event will take
plate on September 13, 1986.'a Saturday evening, from 7:00 P.M. to 11,00 P.M. -
Pick Bronson will be providing stanzas and will be present during the
event.
Permission to allow alcohol t0 be consumed on the sidewalk/public way directly
in front of the Bangor Opera House for a Period! Of one hour from 7:00 P.M. to
8:00 P.M. on September 13, 1986. The Company catering the event will have
their employees serving the food only. The liquor will be served from a wine
footnote in the main lobby area. The wine fountain will be elf service to
the Patrons.
The sidewalk/public way to be used is from the left front side to the right
front aide of the Hangar Opals House, and does not include the sidewalk
directly in front of Sunnyside Florist or the Ceramic Tile Center which i
located on either aide of the Bangor Opera House. The area approrimately
70 feet long and 12 feet wide. There is 3 feet of sidewalk/public way free
for pedestrians. With this area allowed to the Symphony Foran and friends
fee she event on September 13 1966, there will be less congestion in the lobby
of the Bangor Opera House. The ticket price will inclus the price of the
alcohol and food. There will be no exchange of many for the alcohol or food
during thi a entM. Bronson will be paid for the alcohol that is cons a]
at the event by the treasurer of Symphony Wesal and friends. Mr. Bronson has
been approved by the Butsou of A100holic Beverages to be licensed to serve
and ell alcoholic beverages on the promises
of the Bangor Spare Hor$, 131
Main Street, Bangor. The event has Oceanasmany as 425 patrons in the past
years add the estimated turnout for the 1986 event is 400 patrons.
