MUNICIPAL QUIICLAIM DEED
ITe CI1Y OF BANGOR, a my, corporate, located at Bangor, County of
Penobscot, State of M ion, for consideration paid, relesses to JAHM B. ARWu
FAMILY TRUST, of FAlswrth. County of Hancock, State of. Maine, successor in
title to Adars Realty Corporation, all its night, title and interest in and to a
certain lot m parcel of Ism more particularly described as follows:
A certain lot or parcel of land with the buildings therein,
situate in Bangor, to wit: Beginning at an
iron rod at
the intersection of the southeasterly side of Short
Street and the southwesterly side of Hodsdon Street;
theme southeasterly along the southwesterly side of
Hodsdon Street, fifty-two (52) feet to a point; thence
westerly at an angle of forty-five (45) degrees with the
last course, a distance of thirty (30) feet to a point;
thence southwesterly deflecting amut forty-five (45)
degrees to the left free the last worse, and generally
parallel to Short Street, a distance of seventy-eight
(78) feet, yore or less, to a point; thence southerly
deflecting Smut forty-five (45) degrees to the left frau

The purpose of this dead is to release any interest the City may have in
the aLNve-describel property by virtue of a Quitclaim Deed from the Urban
Roussel Authority of the City of Bangor to the City of Bangor, dated September
21, 1987 and recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds.
The said CITY OF 69NOOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its
corporate seal, and signed in its corporate pie by JOIN G. FIELD, Deputy
Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized this day of Septmiber, 1987.
