TBAT Chapter VII, Article 4, Section 11 of the ordinances of the City of
Bangor he amended by the addition of the following:
11.6 _Exceptional Circumstances. The Connission may issue a

(Historic Preservation Ordinance)
that the following be, added to Council ordinance #8I-339:
and he it further Ordained,
Thee Chapter VII, Article 4, Section 10.5 is hereby deleted in its entirety
and replaced by the following:
10.5 A als. An appeal from any final decision of the Camissim

a form for such purpose, together with an application

to the Zoning Board of Appeals, where previously such appeals were directed
to the City Council. This anuuaiaait shall supplement CbMeil Ordinance 487-
339 which was accepted at first reading m September 14, 1987.
