S.A., 6 3026, be and hereby is directed to discontinue said portion of French Street, beginning on the northerly right-of-way line of Congress Street and extending 105 feet northerly, and be it further ORDERED, THAT the City Engineer proceed to give beet practical notice is all abutting property owners and the Planning Board: and the City Engineer is further ORDERED, TO make a written return of said action containing the bounds and admeasure- ects of said discontinuance together with a list of abutting property Owners and the amount of damages. if any, to be paid as a result of said discontinuance, all In accordance with the laws of the State of Maine. STATEMENT OF FACT French Street was discontinued from a point 105 feet north from Congress Street for a distance of 610 feet ins northerly direction by City Council Oder No. 87-320 passed August 24, 1987.
