APPLICATION FOR POLE LOCATIONS Bangor, Maine August 27, 1987 To the Department of Transportation, Bureau of Highways of Augusta, Maine NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH CU@ANY and its successors and assigns respectfully requests) permission for a location for poles and cables and vires thereon, including the necessary sustaining, supporting and protecting fixtures in, along, upon and across the following named public streets and highways: IN THE CITY OF BANGOR: Union Street, approximately 45' northwesterrly of George Street... -1 Distribution Pole THIS APPLICATLON IS BEING SUBMITTED WTTHWIT PUBLIC NOTICE BY PUBLICATION Said poles to be erected substantially in accordance with the plan filed herewith marked N. E. T. 4 T. Co. No. 942590 dated August 27, 1987 and shall be of woad or other suitable material, and the cables and wires shall be run at the height of not less than 18 feet from the ground at highway crossings and not less than 15 feet from the ground elsewhere for electric cables and wires, and (or) not less than 8 feet elsewhere for telephone cables and wires.
