MAINE 01612 June 19, 1987 Bangor City Council City Hall Harlow Street Bangor, Maine 04401 Attn: John Frawley, City Eng Bear Council Members: In accordance with Chapter VI, Article 14, Public Streets and Sewers, the developers of the Heritage Subdivision as approved by the Planning Board on June 1, 1987 and accepted by the City Council on June 8, 1987 do hereby request the City Council to participate in costs as provided by Article 14 for the Heritage Subdivision and petitions the Council to order a cost study by the City Engineer to determine the extent of such participation. The developers will as indicated by Article 14, provide at no cost to the City, title to all lands in, on, or over which public streets and sewers are to be constructed, operated and maintained.
