By the City Comedl Of the City Of Denver:
TMT the attached petition from Civil Engineering Seteicea, Inc., on
behalf of the Developer of the Heritage Subdivision on Essex Street, be and
hereby is accepted; and be it further
ORDERED,
THAT the City Engineer make an estinate of the cost of the Construction
of the streets and ses proposed for said Subdivision, to determine the
potential City share ofrsaid costs, and report his findings to the City Council
for further action.

Bear Council Members:
In accordance with Chapter VI, Article 14, Public Streets and
Sewers, the developers of the Heritage Subdivision as approved
by the Planning Board on June 1, 1987 and accepted by the City
Council on June 8, 1987 do hereby request the City Council to
participate in costs as provided by Article 14 for the Heritage
Subdivision and petitions the Council to order a cost study by
the City Engineer to determine the extent of such participation.
The developers will as indicated by Article 14, provide at no cost
to the City, title to all lands in, on, or over which public
streets and sewers are to be constructed, operated and maintained.
If there are any questions or further information is needed,
please contact me as an agent for the developers.
