cost and recommended asenc for the extension of the existing sanitary
sewer
n the northeast side of Rogan Road for a distance of 210 feet south-
east to Springer Drive be'And hereby is accepted; and be it further
ORDERED,
THAT the sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500.00) be
transferred from the Reserve fon Future Construction - Sewer Account, to
pay the City's share of said sewer extension: and be it further
ORDERED.
THAT said sewer
extension be started immediately upon receipt of the

To the Municipal Officers:
Reference is made to City Council Order No. 87-186 passed April 27, 1987,
directing the City Engineer to doe cost study to extend the existing sanitary
sewer system northeast from Hogan Road in a southeasterly direction toward
Springer Drive. Surveys, Plans and Cost Estimates have been completed, as
follows:

southeasterly direction for a distance of 210 feet, consisting of 8 inch pipe,
terminating at a manhole. This sewer would replace an existing 6 inch private
and would a various properties at the southwesterly end of Springer
Drive, including BurgeRing, Paul's Restaurant, and two properties owed by
the Webber 011 Company.
The total estimated cost of the installation is Seven Thousand Dollars
($7,000.00). of which the City would pay fifty percent, and the remaining
$3.500.00 would be assessed against the Webber Oil Company, the petitioner
for the sewer extension. Representatives of Webber have indicated their
approval of the extension and proposed assessment.
