Attention: City Engineer
Dear Sirs:

St. Joseph Healthcare Foundation is currently planning to develop a
Medical Arts Building. In order for this project to be successful,
it is extremely important to place the main entrance of this building
on French Street.
Therefore. the Foundation is petitioning the City to consider the
closure of French Street in the area bounded by 479 French Street to
the North to 439 French Street to the South.
If I may be of any assistance to you relative to this matter, please
contact me at your convenience.
