After thorough review of the City's Land Use Plan for these areas and the current conditions in the area as well as the. City's plans for a golf course expansion, the Board voted five in favor and none opposed to recommend the above zone change request.to Park and Open Space. The Board noted in conjunction with its recommendation that while the proposed golf nurse project was not under its jurisdiction, it hoped that satisfactory screening would be provided in .the Crestmont Avenue area to meet the concerns of neighbors who were present at the public hearing. 4GG1*1 _ Jonn M.
