Associates 201 Burson Ave. Bangor, Maine 04401 Re: Public sewer service to Lots 41 d 42 on Burson Ave. Bangay Maine Dear Sirs: I'm writing of behalf of G. A S. Associates of Bangor (Gerald Couchberg and Warren Sawyer) and requesting that a cost study be done for the purpose of extending the public sewer system to rue Lots 41 & 42 on Babson Ave. which Is now not readily serviceable from the existing sewer lines. On each of the two lots therein to be built a single building consisting of four 2 -bedroom units. Mass units are to be used as rentals and/or condominiums and hope to be completed by the end of this year. G. 6 S. Associates would greatly appreciate your speedy action on the forgoing matter as the development of these two lots may be decided by your decision as to whether or not the City of Bangor can extend the existing public sewer system to et o s needs.
