Councilman 87-110 MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED THE CITY of BANQOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, for consideration paid, releases to PETER H. DAVIS, of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine the land, together with any buildings and improvements thereon, in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine described as follows: A certain lot or parcel of land with the buildings thereon situated in the City of Bangor, county of Penobscot, State of Maine, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the easterly line of land new or formerly owned by Lane and the northeasterly line of the original Stillwater Avenue line) thence northeasterly, by. and along the said Original Stillwater Avenue line North thirty-one degrees, forty-three minutes, twenty-three seconds East (N 310 43' 23" E) three hundred and eighty (380) feet) thence North thirty seven degrees sixteen minutes zero seconds West (N.379 16' 00' W) twenty and seventy-nine hundredths (20.79) feet to an iron rod in the northwest line of Stillwater Avenue as described in a "Notice of Layout and Taking" recorded in Penobscot Registry of Deeds in volume 32100 Page 54; thence continuing along the same course North thirty-seven degrees, sixteen minutes, zero seconds West (N 37^ 16' 00• W) one hundred fifty-nine and twenty-one hundredths (159.21) feet to an iron rod; thence South sixty degrees, thirty-seven minutes, fifty seconds West (S 60a. 37' 50" w) two hundred ten (210.00) feet to an iron rod in the said easterly line of Lane; thence southerly, by and the easterly line of said Lane South, fourteen degrees, fourteen minutes zero seconds East (S 140 14. 00' E) three hundred forty seven and forty six hundredths (347.46) feet to an iron rod in the northwest line of Stillwater Avenue described in Volume 3210, Page 54; thence continuing along the same course South, fourteen degrees, fourteen minutes, zero seconds East (S 140 14. 00' E)twenty-seven and fifty-four hundredths (27.54) feet to the point of beginning. 87-110 Reference meridian used herein is the same as used in the said "Notice of layout and Taking" recorded in Volume 3210, Page 54. Being a portion of the same premises conveyed to Peter H. .Davis by deed of Leo J. Davis dated August 30, 1984 and recorded in Penobscot County Registry of Deeds Book 3569, Page 319. Also, being the Same promisee described in Release Deed from Parolee Dairy Farms, Inc. to Peter H. Davis dated May 17, 1985 recorded in Volume 3675, Page 357. The purpose of this deed is to convey any interest the grantor may have in the foregoing property under undischarged tax liens filed against Hugh Davis, sr. and Peter Davie for taxes committed in the following years: 1962, 1963, 1964, 1966, 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1973, and 1974. It is the purpose of this deed to release any and all interest the City may have by virtue of .unpaid taxes for all tax years prior to 1986.
