Miller OW Solicitor Eaegor City Council Memo To: Citizens Interest croup As most of the Gomcilors will recall, tinily Esau, on behalf of Citizen Interest Group, appeared before the Council in July in support of a proposed Contract Zoning Pgceonent for too property, at 726 Finan Road. The Council approved the charge at coat time. Since then there have been other complications in respect to the project. Mut recently Citizens Interest Group has hired an attorney who advises that his client will he prepare3 to sign the Contract in the now future. In the meantime, the 60 -day deadline for execution of the contract has long since gore by. We are asking that the Council tonight, under suspereion of the teles, adopt an Order Extending the deadline to the eed of the year. Hopefully this will be the only rareinitg action for the Council to take in coder for the project to go through. - R.E.M. Go: city Manager
