Memo To:
Citizens Interest croup
As most of the Gomcilors will recall, tinily Esau, on behalf of Citizen
Interest Group, appeared before the Council in July in support of a proposed
Contract Zoning Pgceonent for too property, at 726 Finan Road. The Council
approved the charge at coat time. Since then there have been other
complications in respect to the project.
Mut recently Citizens Interest Group has hired an attorney who advises that
his client will he prepare3 to sign the Contract in the now future. In the
meantime, the 60 -day deadline for execution of the contract has long since
gore by.
We are asking that the Council tonight, under suspereion of the teles, adopt
an Order Extending the deadline to the eed of the year. Hopefully this will
be the only rareinitg action for the Council to take in coder for the project
to go through. -
