Our office has been retained by Mr. George Gillis to design the infrastructure for the proposed subdivision. On behalf of Mr. Gillis, we are requesting that the City Council intitiate a study by your office to estimatethe feasibility of extending the sewer to our site. This project is a real project and at this time it is awaiting a decision as to whether or not the City has intentions of extending sewer to the location of our site. We would point out that the site is comprised of two parcels of land. The front parcel adjoining the Grange Hall with the majority of the frontage along Ohio Street would contain from between 16 - 20 Units. The back portion and largest parcel which has two points of access onto Ohio Street is being planned for between 100 - 200 Units. The total value of the proposed project is between 6 and 0 million dollars, We would request that the sewer be extended to the culvert crossing Ohio Street and understand that the developer is to pay half of the construction cost up front. We also estimate the distance to extend the sewer to be approximately 2,100 lineal feet. Mr. John Frawley BANGOR CITY HALL Page 2 Ne are most anxious to cooperate with you in any way necessary to assist you with information regarding our proposed project. Please do not hesitate to call. We would appreciate your notifying us of the date that the City Council might consider this request. Again, thank you for your help in this matter. I look forward to talking with you soon.
