a 10 x 14 concrete building to house telecommunications equipment
located at 592 Odlin Road in a Commercial 2 Zone.

exception approval (Article 12, Section 3(2)(g)); The proposed
building is an unmanned utility building which houses switching equip-

C. The phone company has acquired an easement to locate their building
on the parcel which includes access from Odlin Road. There are no
parking or other site concerns. Staff would recommend special excep-

drive and some screening, Staff would recommend site plan approval if
the special exception is approved.
