Discharge of sewage containing water from private water sources shall be authorized provided the property owner first installs, at his or her expense, a meter which will permit the monitoring and recording of water flow from said source. Said meter shall be operated and main- tained in-tained and kept in good working order at all times by the property owner. The City or its designated agent shall have the right at all times during regular business hours to inspect and take readings from such meter for purposes of determining the flow of water for purposes of computing sewer user charges. ✓ID�
