Sheldon Hartstone met with the Community Development Committee on Monday, September 19, 1988. Following Mr. Hartstone's presentation the Committee voted unanimously to recommend that Mr. Hartstone be designated Tentative Developer for -Lots 1 through 11 at the intersection of Blake Place and Market Street. The Committee, Mr. Hartstone and staff agreed that 30 days would be sufficient time to take care of street discontinuancea and the submittal of more detailed information upon which an Option Agreement will be based. Owners of abutting property have been notified that the City Council intends to consider Mr. Hartstone's request at Monday's Council meeting. Sherwood, Sr. is too high, given the location, site characteristics, and development potential of the site.
