They have designed a portion of their sanitary sewer to follow the proposed route of the City sewer extension, as previously laid out by this office to serve the Chase Road and Outer Stillwater Avenue area. - This Council Order will authorize the Engineering Department to do the necessary surveys and cast estimates, to determine. possible City participation do the construction of the sewer. Thesewer line extension would service the property owned by Webbs Oil Company, and the subdivision proposed by Stillwater Avenue Land Associates. With this extension, the sewer tine would be brought to the northern proppeercttyy line of the propaJ essubdivision, from which location it could be extended in the Pomre to service the Chase Road area. Stillwater Avenue Land Associates ($ALA) requests that the Engineering Department undertake a amity to determine the cost of extending the public sewer line. The firm of Webster, Baldwin, Rohman, Day, Czaecimlid has been retained by SALA be design the infrastructure for the subdivision. Alan Baldwin will be sending you the proposed layout for the sewer Eric extension. As you lmow, the sewer linesin the subdivision have been ]aid out in allow for a gravity feed system to avoid having in hard a pump station. Webster Baldwin has been doing all of he utility work on the subdivision and has studied. the repognphy of the area and the most efficient lay out for the sewer lines.
