Dear Mr. Frawley:
This letterconcems the extension ofthepublic sewer line in Springer Drive. Thesewer
line extension would service the property owned by Webbs Oil Company, and the
subdivision proposed by Stillwater Avenue Land Associates. With this extension, the
sewer tine would be brought to the northern proppeercttyy line of the propaJ essubdivision,
from which location it could be extended in the Pomre to service the Chase Road area.
Stillwater Avenue Land Associates ($ALA) requests that the Engineering Department
undertake a amity to determine the cost of extending the public sewer line. The firm of
Webster, Baldwin, Rohman, Day, Czaecimlid has been retained by SALA be design the
infrastructure for the subdivision. Alan Baldwin will be sending you the proposed layout
for the sewer Eric extension. As you lmow, the sewer linesin the subdivision have been
]aid out in allow for a gravity feed system to avoid having in hard a pump station.
Webster Baldwin has been doing all of he utility work on the subdivision and has studied.
the repognphy of the area and the most efficient lay out for the sewer lines. Flease contact
Alan Baldwin for any information or assistance you may need to conduct the cost study. I
have spoken with Alan and he is most interested in cooperating with you co this.
I would greatly apprec ate your notifying me of the date that be City Council will consider
this reclue t.
Thank you in advance for your assistance on this.
Sincerely,
Sharon
