TEAT John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director, is hereby authorised and
directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim
Deed, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, releasing
any interest the City may have to real estate located on Clio Street in said
Bangor by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot
Registry of Deals in Volwe 2158, Page 292. Said deed shall he directed to
William L. Mummuet aN Lorraina L. MonSM, successors in title W Laura M.
Kelley.

The CITY OF aNNGKR, a body corporate, located at Bangor, County of
Penobscot, State of Maine, for Consideration Paid, releases to WILLIAM L. MUNSON
AND IORRAINE L. s ould, successors in title to Laura M. Kelley, of Bangor,
Penobscot County, State of Maine, all its right, title and interest in and to a
Certain lot or parcel of land more particularly described as follows:
Real estate located on the east side of Ohio Street in said
Bangor and further described in reads recorded in the
Penobscot Registry of Leads in Solace 993, Page 432 and
Volume 1871, Page 78.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor (by
John G. Field, Collector of Taxes) for unpaid taxes
assessed for the year 1968 by virtue of an undischarged
tax lien recorded in said Peewhacot Registry of Deeds in
Solaro 2158, Page 292.
'fie purpose of this deed is to replace a Previous deed
sued W Laura M. Kelley in June, 1985, said Deed being
either lost OC destroyed and cwt recorded in the Penobscot
Registry of Deeds.
Grantees' address: 36 Blue Hill West, Bangor, Maine 04401.
Plea purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City may have i
the aixive-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for the tax year
1968.
The said CITY OF BANGUR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its
corporate seal, and signed in its Corporate name by JOIN G. FIELD, Deputy
Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this day of September, 1988.
