OLENCOVE AVENUE Beginning at the northerly edge of pavement of Hempstead Avenue at Al. 131.705 thence descending on a grade of -1.071% for a distance of fifteen (15) feet to E1. 131.54, being at the point of curvature of a e hundred (100) foot concave vertical curve having an external of 0.25 feet; thence along said curve for a distance of one hundred (100) feet to B1. 131.50 to the point ofcurvature of compound convex vertical curve having a length of one hundred forty (140) feet and an external of 0.35 feet; thence along said curve for a distance of one hundred forty (140) feet to E1. 131.50 to a'point, being the point ofr curvature of a compound concave vertical curve having a length of sixty (60)feet and a external of 0.15 feet; thence along said curve for a distance of sixty (60) feet to Al. 131.50 to a point of tangency; thence ascending along said tangent on 'a grade of 1.00% for a distance of four hundred fifty (450) feet t0 E1, 136.00, being at the point of curvature at a 200 -foot convex vertical curve having an external of 0.59 feet; thence along said curve for a distance of two hundred (200) feet to El. 135.64; thence descending on a grade of 1.36 feet for a distance of twenty (20) feet to the southeasterly edge of Saratoga Avenue at Al. 135.37. Mere appeared at the time and place set for the meeting Thomas Needham, Esq., repre ming Ernest Caliendo, Jr., the Developer, who spoke in fav of the proposed street acceptance. Since the Developer has constructed the streets under a previous agreement with the City of Donor, and since he has furnished a Deed to the City for the right- of-ways, and since the Planning Board has previously approved the Noodlawn Subdivision and has thus added the streets to the Official City Nap, it is recommended that Gestreets be accepted as public ways, and that no damages be awarded as a result of said acceptance.
