Summary This Ordinance will amend Chapter 165 of the Land Development Code to rezone approximately 2.5 acres of the property at 976 Odlin Road from Urban Industry District to Rural Residence & Agriculture District. Approximately 1 -acre area at the easterly end of the parcel will remain zoned Urban Industry District. The proposed zone change will allow the applicant to utilize the existing house structure on the property for residential use, while retaining the current zoning on portions of the property not directly adjacent to the house.
