Soucy, and have been constructed e ucted to acceptable standards, and all assessments have been paid. ThePlanning Board has previously approved theSubdivision. Plan, which has been added to the Official City Map. It is recommended that said streets be accepted as public ways, to be named and known as Shepherd Drive and Airedale Place. The City Engineer proceeded to Say out a grade for said roads as follows: SREPDERD DRIye GRADE Beginning at a point on the easterly edge of the travel way of Fuson Road at E1. 133.0, more r less; thence descending on a grade of 1.005 for a distance of four hundred (400) feet to E1. 129.86 to a point. being the point of curvature of a convex vertical curve having a length of one hundred (loo) feet and an external of 0.10 feet; thence along said curve to the point of tangency, at E1. 128.46; thence along said tangent a descending grade of 1.805 for a distance of four hundred fifty (450) feet to E1. 120.36, being the point of curvature v of a vertical curve having a length of one hundred (100) feet; thence along said curve to the point of tangency at E1. 119.40; thence descending along said tangent on a grade of 1.00% for a distance of one hundred five (105) feet to R1'. 118.35. be Ing at the point of curvature of a consave.vertical curve having a length of fifty (50) feet and an external of 0.13 feet; thence along said curve to a point of tangency at E1. 110.45; thence ascending an a grade of 1.002 for a distance of eighty (80) feet, more or less, to the northerly edge of Pushaw Road at E1. 119.25. And the City Engineer proceeded to lay out a grade for Airedale Place as follows: Beginning at the northerly edge of pavement on Shepherd Drive at E1. 129.16; thence ascending on a grade of 1.00% for a distance of two hundred fifty (250) feet to E1. 132.26.
