directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, W execute a Municipal quitclaim
Deed, a copy of which is an file in the office of the City Clerk, releasing
any interest the City may have to real estate located on Kenduskeeg Avenue in
said Bangor by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot
Registry of Deeds in Volume 2272, Page 45. said deed shall he directed to
Ernest F. Eaux3en, Jr.

The CITY of SAmoa, a body corporate, located at Bangor, County of
Parobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid, releases to ERNEST F. EIXJDFN,
JR., of Bangor, PmOdscot County, State of Maine, all its right, title and
interest in and to a certain lot or pazcel of land pore particularly described
as follows:
Real estate located on the northeast side of Eenduskeag
Avenue in said Bangor, and further described in a deed
recorded in Volute 2005, Page 161, Penobscot Registry of
Desds.
Befng the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor (by
John G. Field, Collector of Taxes) for unpaid taxes
assessed for the year 1971 by virtue of an undischarged
tax lien recorded in said Penobscot Registry Of needs in
Volute 2272, Page 45._
Grantee's address: 641 Nenduskeag Avenue, Bangor, ME 04401
'Me purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City may have in
the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for the tax year
1971.
The said CITY OF Sh=R has caused this instrument to be sealed with its
corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by JOHN G. FIELD, Deputy
Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this day of June, 1988.
