THAT Chapter IT, Article 21 of the Ordinances of the City of Bangor are hereby amended as follows: (11 THAT Section 5(5.12) is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: 5.12 BASIC TOTAL REQUIREMENTS OR BASIC MAINTENANCE COSTS. A budgeted amount i established for food, personal care, and other family consumptives. To this amount is added a housing allowance which includes rent, fuel, and all utilities. Basic total requirements are adjusted periodically by the Director of Health and. Welfare to reflect changes in the National Poverty Guidelines.
