THAT Chapter IT, Article 21 of the Ordinances of the City of
Bangor are hereby amended as follows:
(11 THAT Section 5(5.12) is deleted in its entirety and replaced
with the following:
5.12 BASIC TOTAL REQUIREMENTS OR BASIC MAINTENANCE COSTS.
A budgeted amount i established for food, personal care,
and other family consumptives. To this amount is added
a housing allowance which includes rent, fuel, and all
utilities.
Basic total requirements are adjusted periodically by
the Director of Health and. Welfare to reflect changes
in the National Poverty Guidelines.

THAT Chapter IT, Article 21 of the Ordinances of the City of
Bangor are hereby amended as follows:
