ORDERED,
TORT John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director, is hereby authorized and
directed, on behalf of the City of eangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim
Deed, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, releasing
any interest the City may have to real estate located on Charles Street in
said Bangor by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penehscot
Registry of Deeds in Volume 3282, Page 21. Said deed shall be directed to
Donald Baker, Jr. and Dorothy E. S. Baker, successors in title to Douglas A.
and Deanna G. Beckwith.

Penobscot, State Of Maine, for consideration paid, releases to DONALD BAKER, JR.
and pp2yfHY E. S. BAKER, suCCeasors in title to Douglas A. Beckwith and Deanna
G. Beckwith, hoth of Bangor, Penobscot County, State Of Maine, all its right,
title and interest in and to a certain lot or parcel Of land more particularly
desccibed as follows:
Real estate located at 58 Charles Street in said Bangor
and further described in a deed recorded in Voluhe
2519, Page 274, Penobscot Registry of Deeds.
Being the same premises acquired by saidCityof Bangor (by
John G. Field, Collector of Taxes) for unpaid taxes
assessed for the year 1981 by virtue of undischazged tax
lienrecorded in said Penobscot Registry of Deeds in
Volare 3282, Page 21. '
Grantees' address: 58 Charles Street, Bangor, Maine, 04401.'
The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City may have i
the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for the tax year
1981.
The said CITY OF HANGAR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its
corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by JOBS G. FIELD, Deputy
Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this day of June, 1968.
