CISI bPNf04 CITY CLERK CITY OF BANGOR, PAINE 8ngineering Department Nay 5, 1988 To the Municipal Officers Reference is made to City Council Order No. 8I-110 passed Nay 11, 1987, directing the City Engines[ to do a cost study for the extension of sanitary sever service to fats No. 41 and No. 42 0n Huasen Avenue, as petitioned far by G 6 S Associates. Surveys, Plana and Coat Estimates have been Completed, which would indicate the need for the installation of 320 feet of 8 inch pipe and 2 man- holes, extending in a northerly direction from the existing public sewer located in Bradford Common. The total estimated cost of the sever extension, including an allowance of $1,000.00 for possible ledge, is $13,000.00. Of this amount, the City would pay fifty percent and the remaining $6,500.00 would bessed against G a S Associates. It Is recommended that the Developer be required to prepay its estimated share of the cost prior to the start of construction.
