A proposed development project on the northeasterly side of the proposed Hogan Road Extension will require sanitary sewer service, along with property lying to the northwest of the proposed roadway, thereby necessitating a sewer extension of approximately 650 feet. The proposed extension will also serve property on the southeasterly side of Stillwater Avenue being developed by the Daigle 011 Company, for which a previous coat study petition has been received. It is my understanding that the City of Bangor will any fifty percent of the actual cost, with the remaining balance proportionally assessed against the properties berefit- tire from such an extension. Presently, our plans call for a construction start date of August 1, 1988: therefore, the promptness of your cost study would be greatly appre- ciated. As always, ffisyda you for your time and we await your cost estimates as well as a time estimate for completion. Sincere Linwood M. Austin President INA/jb
