JINMLV&D. THAT, WHEREAS. three lots in :the existing Ridgewood Subdivision
n Renduakeag Avenue will require sewer
service connections to the Renduskeag
Stream Interceptor Sever, a distance of approximately 160 feet across City -owned
property: and
WHEREAS, because of extensive ledge conditions it is not considered feasible
by the Owner to install three separate private connections across the City land
to said Interceptor Sewer( and
WEEREA5, it is in the City's interest not to have the City property encumbered
by three separate sewerconnections;
NOW, THEREFORE, Be It
RESOLVED, THAT the City of Bangor authorize the Developer to construct one
8 inch line from said Interceptor Sever for a distance of approximately 160 feet
to a manhole located near the Ridgewood Subdivision line, said sewer to be installed
under City supervision to acceptable standards at the Developer's cost; and be it
further
Re SOLVED. THAT the City accept said sewer as part of the City sewerage system
for future maintenance.
