Item/Subject: Directing City Clerk to Take Certain Action Relative to
Property Located at61fiVesiland Avenu`p_-hak/kja;f8V Westland Avenue)
Responsible Department Code Enforcement -
Commentary:
The referenced property has been inspected on numerous occasions by Daniel
M. Wallington of tAe Code Enforcement office. Danny has made a preliminary
determination that these structures constitute "dangerous buildings"
a
defined in Title 17. The purpose of this initial Osancil Order is to 'get
the wrd out" that these. buildings are
being considered for condemnation.
The Order simply directs the City Clerk to notify all parties-iminterest of
the pending Council consideration and public hearing. However, the
publication of this initial order serves to supplement the minimnan notice
requirements required under the statute.
