Most notably, this Order adds the general provision that an "after-the-fact" application to the Historic Preservation Commission pays double the standard fee, which has been common practice since Historic Preservation was administered through Code Enforcement (the Code Enforcement section of the schedule of fees includes this provision, but the Historic Preservation section does not). This Order also adds the general provision that applications for projects that fall within the jurisdiction of both Historic Preservation and Bangor Center Revitalization Area pay a single application fee. Additionally, this Order changes the terminology "Downtown Revitalization" to "Bangor Center Revitalization Area", and "Minor Review" to "Minor Change or Revision" to be more consistent with language in the Code, and corrects the Minor Change or Revision application fee for Historic Preservation to $30.
