THAT Chapter I, Article 5 0£ the ordinances of the City of
Bangor, is hereby amended in Section 1 as follows:
Sec. 1 Voting Districts Established. For purposes of all
municipal elections,
the City of Bangor shall be divided into five (5)
voting districts, also known aswards. The boundaries
of such districts shall be the s a as established
by Virtue of B1-MVR65-A:-§-}543-Bm21-A M.:R.S.A. 5 1201
for the election of members of the State of Maine
{Souse Of Representatives from the City of Bangor as
follows:
Voting District
NO. 1 - House District No. 115
No. 2 - House District No. 115
No. 3 - House District No. 117
NO. 4 - House District NO. 118
No. 5 - House District No. 119

THAT Chapter I, Article5,of the Ordinances of the City of
Bangor,is hereby amended in Section 3 as follows:
Sec. 3 Interpretation of Zone Boundaries. For the purposes
of this ordinance,
the boundaries of all Voting districts established by
virtue of Sec. 1 above shallbe determined pursuant
to 2}_M:R-6-A:-§-3543-814},21-R.19: R:5:K,: 5 1201141
STATEMENT OF FACT: The purpose Of this amendment is to simply
update the reference in our Ordinance on voting districts to
the relevant State provisions.
